Speak Motive provides an AI-powered English communication platform that includes AI tutoring, human matching, voice/video calls, chat, learning content, and community features. We continuously evolve our services to provide the best learning experience.
You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You agree not to: harass, abuse, or harm other users; share inappropriate or offensive content; attempt to circumvent security measures; use the Platform for any illegal purpose; impersonate any person or entity; or engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform experience for others.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Speak Motive. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. User-generated content remains the property of its creator.
Speak Motive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification.
